1. Agreement By booking photography services with Sela’s photography, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure the session date and time.

• The remaining balance is due on project date before the scheduled session time.

• Payment can be made via Cashapp, or Venmo app.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• The client may cancel or reschedule the session by providing at least 5 days' notice.

• In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Sela’s photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the client's schedule or provide a full refund.

• 4. Creative Control

  • Sela’s photography retains creative control over the photography session, including but not limited to the choice of location, poses, and editing style.

  • Client input and preferences will be considered but are not guaranteed.

  5. Image Delivery

  • Sela’s photography will provide the client with a selection of edited images from the session within 2 weeks/ 14 days.

  • Images will be delivered electronically such as an online gallery or directly to phone.

  • The client will receive a set number of high-resolution digital images as discussed between photographer and client via email.

  6. Usage Rights

  • Sela’s photography retains the copyright to all images taken during the session.

  • The client is granted personal usage rights to the images for non-commercial purposes, including printing, sharing on social media, and personal use.

  • Commercial use of images requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.

  7. Model Release

  • The client grants Sela’s photography permission to use images from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and marketing materials.

  • If the client prefers not to have their images used for promotional purposes, they must notify Sela’s photography in writing before the session.

  8. Liability

  • Sela’s photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the photography session.

  • The client is responsible for the behavior of all individuals present during the session, including children and pets.

  9. Client Cooperation

  • The client agrees to cooperate with Heidisela Aguilar and follow instructions during the session to ensure the best possible outcome.

  • Heidisela Aguilar is not liable for suboptimal results due to the client's failure to cooperate or follow instructions.

  10. Agreement Changes

  • Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

  11. Governing Law

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas

  By booking photography services with Heidisela Aguilar, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
